You want to return an item?

If you do not like an item or if you have ordered several items to choose from, you can return the items you have ordered to us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, a return is only possible in exceptional cases and we ask you to contact our customer service.

Only items that are in perfect and unworn condition will be taken back. Items that are worn, soiled or damaged cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original, unglued and undamaged box.

Within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your package, we will refund the purchase price.

 

1. Register return

As a registered customer, you can easily create your return in your customer account under orders.

If you do not have a customer account yet, please register your return by sending an email to info@reyoli.ch with your contact details and the items to be returned. Simply use the sample cancellation form, copy it into the email and complete it with your details.

 

2. Pack article

Simply place the shoes that do not fit (in the original box) and the printed return notification or the completed return slip in the package and stick on the return label.

We ask you NOT to send the shoes to us without a box or wrapping paper, as the glued shoe boxes can no longer be used and therefore produce unnecessary waste. Simply use the outer box in which the shoes were delivered to you.

 

3. Return shipment

 

              

Simply hand in your parcel at a Päckli point near you for the price of CHF 4.50. Please keep the receipt in case there are any queries.

Take your parcel to a Swiss Post branch. If you use the return label provided, the parcel price for your return will be reduced by CHF 1.50. Please keep the receipt in case there are any queries.

 

4. Receive the refund

Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method you specified at the time of purchase.

Return multiple orders

If you want to return several orders in one package, it is important to enclose all return slips for the orders concerned. This is the only way we can quickly allocate and process your return.
